Tana Micro Finance Institution S.C (TMFISC) is a microfinance institution established in accordance with proclamation No. 626/2009 and licensed from NBE in June 4, 2022. Currently TMFI has a paid up capital of birr 107,300,000 operating at different parts of Amhara region and AA city with total of 13 Branch offices.

Tana Micro Finance Institution would like to invite eligible, competent External Audit Firms to undertake the financial Audit of the Head Office & Branch accounts for three consecutive financial years (2026–2028).The Audit firm should have valid license and relevant experience in financial sector audit particularly in Microfinance and Banking Industries. To this end:-

1. Interested applicant shall obtain the detailed Request for Proposal (RFP) document from Tana Micro Finance Institution S.C Head Office: located at Bahir Dar kebele 3 Near to Atse Sertsedingl Primary School during office hours (Monday to Friday: 8:00Am-12:30pm and 1:30pm-5:00pm/Saturday: 8:00am-12:30pm) starting from the date of this advertisement.
2. Bidders shall submit separate technical and financial proposal. Technical proposal envelope should include trade license, Value Added Tax /VAT/ certificate, Tax Identification Number /TIN/, renewed tax clearance certificate, Professional License from concerned office, testimonies of past experience auditing banks, MFIs, or financial institutions. , work plan and methodology and other related documents and the amount of audit fee expected for the three consecutive years separately quoted for each year. The bidders shall submit both financial and technical bid proposals from the date of this advertisement up to 15 working days by post office or in person.

Note:- The Audit Firm must be registered by Accounting  & Audit Board of Ethiopia (AABE)
